Report content

Anyone can report a story, a review or a user of Pocket Scriptorium, with or without an account. We read every report. Content that breaks the law or our Terms of Service is hidden or removed, and its author gets a statement of reasons.

In the app

Open the story, review or author page and choose Report. Pick a reason and add a short note. This is the fastest way: the report already says where the content is.

By email

Write to [email protected]. Tell us:

• where the content is: the story's title and author's pen name, or a link;
• why you think it breaks the law or our Terms;
• your name and email address, so we can tell you what we decided. You can leave them out, except for a copyright notice.

We answer in English or Slovenian.

Copyright notice

If you think content in Pocket Scriptorium infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent at [email protected], or by post to Munda Plus d.o.o., Liminjan 14, 6320 Portorož, Slovenia. Include:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. the work you say is infringed;
3. where the content is in Pocket Scriptorium;
4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or may act for the owner.

We remove or disable the content and tell the user who published it. That user can send a counter-notice, as section 7.7 of the Terms explains. We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.

Challenge a decision

If we acted against your content or account, you can challenge the decision within 6 months by writing to [email protected]. A person reviews every complaint.
